Local Clothes Return & Refund Policy

At Local Clothing LLC (localclothes.com), we take pride in the quality of our products. Please review our return and refund policy below.

Claims for Defective, Misprinted, or Damaged Items:

Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part will be covered at our expense.

If you notice any issue with your order, please contact our customer support team immediately and submit a problem report with photos of the item.

 

Returns & Exchanges

  • We generally do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, wrong size, or change of mind.

  • Returns or size exchanges, when accepted, are at our discretion and at the customer’s expense.

  • Sealed goods (such as face masks or similar hygiene-related items) are not eligible for return due to health and hygiene reasons and will be disposed of if returned.

 

Shipping Address Issues

  • Wrong or insufficient address: If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you, you will be responsible for any reshipment costs after we confirm an updated address.

  • Unclaimed packages: Shipments that go unclaimed will be returned to our facility. You will be responsible for reshipment costs (if applicable). Unclaimed returns may be donated to charity after 30 days.

 

Special Notes for Certain Regions

Customers in Brazil: If you regret your purchase, you must contact our Customer Service within 7 consecutive days after receiving the item and provide a photo. The request will be evaluated. Refunds are not possible if the product shows signs of use.

EU Consumers: In accordance with consumer rights regulations, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized, or to sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons. We reserve the right to refuse returns at our sole discretion.

This policy is governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language.
